The El Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center is situated at 715 N. Oregon in the city and area of El Paso, in the U.S. territory of Texas. The historical center was established in 1994 by Nazi Holocaust survivor Henry Kellen. It was set up to teach people in general about the Third Reich, the death camps and opposition developments amid World War II.
